2. day 09:00-16:30

Instruction, delivery of presentation/s, feedback, and discussion combined with self-assessments and trainer input; explaining your product or service in a nutshell while being eloquent and engaging
Learn to show your audience passion for your subject, coming across as authentic and honest, making your presentation personal and personable
Read and reacting to body language; knowing when to change your tact and listening to leave a good impression about you and your business or organization
