She studied at universities in Prague, Great Britain and Canada; she attended a lot of seminars in Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Austria. Since 2003 she worked at Neumann International. She was responsible for company re-launch in the Czech Republic, she was active in daily consultancy search business – was in contact with top managers and professionals. Other competences: assessment and evaluation interviews, assessment and development centers for various projects locally as well as internationally; Managerial and personnel audits in production companies, service and financial institutions, sales and marketing companies; trainings and workshops in small and medium companies; Coaching and strategic consultancy in small and medium companies. On the present she works at Talent Management Center International, HR Consultancy Company dealing with talent management, she is responsible for the project management of Talent Management program’s in various companies. As a trainer she focuses on courses focused on HR and soft skills.
