Fifteen years’ experience in the international corporate business has shown her the importance of self-development. Since 2015, she has been working as an independent counsellor, using Gestalt´s intuitive, motivational and mindfulness techniques to empower people moving from where they are to where they want to be. She completed MBSR training, psychotherapy and coaching at the Gestalt Institute, the Harvard. Global Mentor Institute and the esMindfulness Institute in Barcelona. She collaborate with several international associations aimed on personal development, flexible employment and gender equity: PWN Global, Wisar, Neurochange Lab, MamisDigitales, SFM, InvestHer, BPWCR, WEE, Las Consentidas etc. She attended seminars and lectures in Spain, Sweden and South America. She is the initiator of the WEE Association supporting the education of women of all ages. Among her unconventional hobbies are clearly contemporary dance on sailboat.
