Zuzana Růžičková

Specialist in project management, business management and leadership

I studied mathematical engineering at the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering. In 2001, I received a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in the USA. At the beginning of my career, I worked as a database specialist and programmer in state administration, health and banking organizations, then as an IT manager at the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic. For 19 years I worked at Hewlett Packard in various roles at local, regional and global level. First as a project manager, then as a project office manager and later as a business manager responsible for sales and delivery of software solutions in Central and Eastern Europe. Since 2017 I work as an independent consultant, trainer and mentor. Lecturing has been part of my job description for the entire time at Hewlett Packard, both internally and externally for the company's customers. In recent years I have been teaching and mentoring as an independent consultant. In my work I put emphasis on sharing practical experience and working with case studies.
